Animals and livestock
Lawful livestock and animal listings must follow animal-welfare, transport, health-certificate, brand-inspection, wildlife, and local requirements. Wildlife, protected species, fighting animals, and exploitative breeding are prohibited.
Jobs, housing, and services
Listings must follow licensing, wage, housing, safety, and anti-discrimination laws. Teton Marketplace may request proof of a business registration, trade license, permit, insurance, or property authority before publishing.
- Unlawful discriminatory housing or employment preferences
- Fake property authority, deceptive deposits, or hidden housing charges
- Unclear or unlawful lodging-for-labor arrangements
- Housing or work that is unsafe, exploitative, or violates occupancy rules
Transportation and delivery
Passenger providers must hold all required authority and commercial or for-hire insurance. Transportation and delivery listings may not involve emergencies, medical or school transportation, unaccompanied minors, illegal or unsafe trips, road-closure evasion, cash advances, or provider-funded purchases.
Delivery of alcohol, tobacco or vaping products, cannabis, controlled substances, prescriptions, firearms, ammunition, weapons, explosives, fuel, hazardous materials, identity documents, financial instruments, gift cards, account credentials, stolen goods, or other regulated or prohibited items is not allowed.
